Please do not go to this store. This has been the worst experience I ever went through. Ray, the manager, advised me that I owed $206.04 on my phone. He could not give me an itemized bill because apparently the store lacked the ability to do that. So I had to call T-Mobile's customer service to get the itemized bill. Curiously, when I did that, I learned I never had to pay $206.04. When I went back to the store two days later, Ray denied me a refund claiming that customer service made a mistake. I spoke to 8 different customer service reps who all agreed I am owed the refund. However, because I paid in the store, they required me to go back to the store to get the refund. Having spent hours on the phone with customer service, I am now told the store cannot effectuate the refund because it's past 14 days since the charge was made, and I have to resort to T-Mobile's customer service. This run around is unacceptable, as was the manager's mistake which he refused to rectify.
