Food Safety Concern – Live Worms Found in Sashimi
I am writing to raise a food safety concern regarding a recent experience from your restaurant. While eating sashimi, I noticed live worms inside the white fish that was served to me. Unfortunately, I had already consumed part of the dish before realizing the contamination. Shortly after the meal, I experienced stomach cramps and diarrhea, which I strongly suspect were related to ingesting the contaminated fish.
This incident raises serious concerns about food handling, sourcing, and preparation practices— particularly in relation to serving raw seafood. The presence of live worms in sashimi poses a significant health risk and should be addressed with the utmost urgency.
I strongly urge your team to thoroughly inspect your food safety protocols, especially around raw fish storage and sourcing, to prevent this from happening to other customers.
Please take immediate steps to investigate this matter and ensure your kitchen meets proper health and safety...
Read moreI had an unforgettable experience at Blue! Their menu is full of creative, one-of-a-kind sushi rolls that you won’t find anywhere else. The Mango Tango Roll was another favorite, with fresh mango, shrimp tempura, and a drizzle of sweet chili sauce that added a tropical twist to each bite.
Every roll was beautifully presented, almost like a work of art, and each had such a distinct flavor profile that I couldn’t stop myself from trying more. The attention to detail, the fusion of unexpected ingredients, and the freshness of the fish made this an unforgettable sushi experience. If you’re looking for sushi that stands out and goes beyond the typical menu, this is the...

I had General Tso's Chicken, wife and daughter had Sushi, mostly a selection of tuna and salmon rolls. Not our first rodeo. And yet, they thought it was some of the best Sushi they've ever tasted. And I was elated with my selection. My portion was large enough to warrant a doggy bag which I wanted to dive into as soon as I got home. It was more for greed than hunger. The food was that good. We...
