Think Coffee is a convenient spot in SoHo, right in the middle of where I usually shop. The location is nice and central, yet not overly crowded considering the area. It’s definitely a bigger space compared to some of their other branches, which makes it easier to find a seat. I’ve stopped in a couple of times to hang out, grab a quick breakfast, and get some work done while waiting for the stores to open. I had their breakfast burrito and it was decent nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. The cafe is clean, the staff is friendly, and service is quick. The crowd is a mix of locals, tourists, and shoppers which is exactly what you’d expect in SoHo.

I'm no coffee connoisseur, but I can say with certainty, that if you drink coffee black, you can truthfully judge the taste of coffee without additional influence. I love coffee and I strolled in hear to get a cup of hot coffee on a sunny and humid day. Why? Because I don't care for iced coffee, and I'm not into coolatas. I'm not judging, so, if that's your thing, do your thing. I'm just trying to state my opinion and suggest that their coffee is worth stopping in for. Plus, I'm kind of a lover of artsy and modern chic...and I like the decor of the inside...all the way to the take out cup. Cheers!

I’ve been here a few times and the staff are always unpleasant. Today for example, I was waiting patiently to order and didn’t realize that the young girl yelling from across the room was talking to me asking what I want… that’s not how you take an order. It’s too loud to hear her from there anyways. And then other times I’ve tried to be friendly and am just met with coldness and my orders are always made to go as if I’m not welcome to eat my breakfast there. They also ask for my name for the order every time and then every time they call out the food, not the name. What’s the point? Also the bathroom is pretty gross and rundown. And just now a man was waiting in line to order.. then a woman walks in with her dog. The young woman asks for next available guest. The man walks up and the young woman says “you actually cut her “ and points to woman with dog, he didn’t. He tells her that he did not. Then she rudely says she’ll take his order anyways and then as she’s getting his order she’s making remarks about how he cut the woman in line, which he didn’t. Never seen such a miserable staff at a not very busy coffee house. I’ve decided today to stop coming...

I had an amazing espresso, macchiato here. The other person in my party had a delicious latte and chocolate chip cookie. The last person had a hot chocolate with a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was amazing. My espresso macchiato was right on point. Absolutely delicious. This is one of my new favorite coffee houses near Chinatown. The people that work here are friendly and kind. The employees were very social & talkative. Just really nice people. They had a bathroom that we could use which seems to be a big problem in this particular area to find. Of course you have to be a customer but I love coffee, so why wouldn't I want to be. If you're near Chinatown, where the courthouse is I definitely recommend a stop at the coffeehouse so great. With lots of little nooks for some privacy. Don't forget to tip these amazing people working so hard to make such a delicious espresso. No I don't know any of them I'm actually from a different state completely just visiting for a few days. But I love me...

interacting with the team here is the best part of my day. i’ve seen them maintain focus through waves and waves of clients, and remain calm and collected when clients are rude or outside factors enter their space. they are sure to make the start of my day bright and fun. Karina is charming and attentive, goes out of her way to make sure you have the best start to your day. Trent is kind and inquisitive. We always leave with a smile on our faces after a chat with Trent. Eli is a great leader and always on top of things, you can tell he’s focused and always genuinely sweet and level headed. Margaux is bright and always present. Ihor always greets everyone with a smile and charm. Dani is always happy to help. Jaylyn is extremely kind, and Sarah is always makes sure you like your drink. The kitchen staff kills it with the breakfast burrito. This is the closest one can get to a community coffee shop in Soho, with real human interactions and care. Best...
