This is from another reviewer: 'Avoided answering simple questions about the property via email then never showed up for our appointment' Mine is a similar experience.

Jess Cardona made an appointment with me to show me an apartment 4/17. I show up to the unit in Forest Hills. There is another person there to see the unit as well. She's not there. I text her and ask if she is on her way. She say's 'Yes'. Three minutes later she text's me and say 'Sorry I don't have the keys'. 'Someone too it' (yes, that's her spelling). With no explanation, that's it. So I call her and she says someone took the keys and has no idea who took it. Completely irresponsible with no accountability. So she told me 'maybe tomorrow'. I text her on Monday asking if we can see it. She says 'Too early to tell have to speak to the owner'. She text's me later on the day and says 'Hi is tomorrow after food for yoy? (again, this is her spelling). I told her 5:30 will work for me. She said 'ok'. I confirmed with her in the morning and she said 'ok'. I re confirmed at 2:30 and she said 'Hi there is an application on it'. Again, that's it, no explanation. I'm sure the apartment was given to the other person who was there with me.

She said I can still see it if I want to. What's the point! She said she has no control over who shows it. That may be true, but YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT WHEN YOU MAKE AN APPOITMENT TO SHOW SOMEONE AN APARTMENT, YOU HAVE THE KEYS CHECKED OUT TO YOU! Absolutely no...

This is the best of the best! When it comes to understanding the local housing market, their tenacity and hustle is beyond those of other firms. They are EXTREMELY honest, with the greatest knowledge and integrity. Truly, this establishment is a staple and all their clients can agree. I have never seen so many stellar staff pay such attention to detail and their ability to negotiate is so engaging, especially considering the long standing network they have built over time. If the property is listed by this realty just factor in the listed price is 20-30% more than the current market value in the area. Not to mention the exaggerations and misrepresentations they do when they list the property facts. In reality most of the facts about the property are exaggerated. If you seriously looking to buy a house in Forest Hills consider any other realtor or offer 20 to 30% less than what the property is listed for. I have experienced this twice myself and few of the family friends agree with me on my analysis on this realty. Most of the real estate agents at Terrace realty are very unprofessional...
