Message: Hello, I want to thank you for the exceptional service that you provided to me in making the required alterations to my shearling coat. You promised 'Lifetime' free alterations when I purchased my coat 5 years ago. When I returned 2 weeks ago to see if this would be the case; I was greeted as if a new customer and the owner of the company measured me and the coat with such precision and care that it became clear that the entire coat would need to be fully reconstructed as it needed to be sized down several sizes. Not only were the alterations done in a matter of days, but they were done so graciously and made me feel exceptionally valued as a client of the business. And the coat looks and feels brand new and fits like a glove to perfection. This business is definitely 'old-school' with values that resonate from ownership to the consumer and manifest in all the employees of the business. Though it was the first time I had ever accepted a flyer on the street and then walked into the store, it turned out to be an amazing experience. i bought the first coat I tried on. It was perfect for me. That was a year ago. Last month after getting my first Covid shot, I could not remove the residue of the sticker that had been put on my coat despite my efforts. I contact Fur Source in distress thinking I had really damaged the coat. I received an immediate response to send it to them and their cleaner would take of it. No guarantee, of course. I said I needed time to find a big box. She said she would send a box and a pick-up ticket. When I asked for an estimate, she said there would be no charge. Amazing experience purchasing 2 coats from these fine folks. Very very helpful, experienced & amazing staff that did everything they could to make our coat shopping experience as easy as possible. From showing us numerous designs, colors, etc to final fitting, it was a great experience. Never felt pressured into buying anything & they worked with us on pricing. Coming from just cancelling an order from overland due to nonexistent customer service/support, I couldn't be happier to have purchased these coats from the fur source.
