The Learning Experience - Columbus Circle — Local services in New York

Update 3/2025: We are now in the Toddler classroom, and are still having an incredible experience at TLE Columbus Circle! Jenna, Rosie, and Tricia made sure that our transition from infant to toddler class was seamless - even for us as parents! Our baby girl is thriving in her toddler classroom - Ms. Naziah and Ms. Olivia take such great care of her and we get fantastic and consistent updates throughout the day. Our daughter is learning rapidly, she seems to display new physical and cognitive skills almost daily and we attribute that to the curriculum and care that the teachers there use. Ms. Dalia, Ms. Yanique and Ms. Tanjina have also gone above and beyond for our daughter, it is clear that each teacher truly take the times to develop a special bond with each kid. I can honestly say that when my daughter gets dropped off in her classroom she runs to her teachers to give them a hug - it is truly a parent's dream to see that and feel confident that our child is safe and happy while she's away from us all day.

Not to mention our previous infant classroom teachers go out of their way to still make sure to check on our baby girl and give her lots of love (shout out to Priscila, Britney, and Elainy) - joining TLE Columbus Circle is truly like joining a family and we could not be more thrilled.

As first time parents we weren't sure what to expect when it came to daycare for our 6 month old, we found TLE Columbus Circle before they opened and just started a few weeks ago. We have been beyond impressed by the professionalism, care, and genuine nature of everyone we have come across. Jenna greets us every day with the brightest smile and welcomes our daughter like she is her own - she takes care of every single detail so that we have confidence that our daughter is safe and cared for while away from home (she is also just an incredible joy to talk to to start and end the day). Ms. Priscila and Ms. Britney are the best teachers we could have asked for - our daughter is already showing signs of learning and advancing to new milestones even after just a few short weeks. When I drop our daughter off for they are so thrilled to see her and I can tell that the care that they have for her is genuine, our daughter has the biggest smile on her face when she sees them - this makes drop offs so much easier. We get regular photos throughout the day and see our girl outside, doing crafts, enjoying music, learning to eat solids, playing with others, etc. - The Learning Experience and the teachers truly go the extra mile to not only care for our daughter but to nurture her in all the different ways. I can’t say enough good things about The Learning Experience Columbus Circle. After a difficult experience at Bright Horizons, I was anxious about finding the right fit for my daughter, but from the moment we stepped through the doors at TLE, we felt an immediate sense of comfort and knew she was in good hands.

The directors, Jenna, Tricia, and Rosie, go above and beyond to create a warm, nurturing environment for both children and parents. There’s always someone at the front desk to greet you with a smile. Communication is clear and consistent, the classrooms are full of engaging activities, and it’s obvious how much the staff truly love what they do.

We were especially lucky to have Ms. Tanjina and Ms. Yanique as my daughter’s teachers in the toddler room. We loved seeing daily photos of her learning and having fun, and there were many days she didn’t want to leave at pick-up. It was clear she felt safe, loved, and happy in their care, and we're so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on her early development.

One thing that really stood out is how much the directors genuinely care about their teachers and staff, something I came to realize wasn’t the case at our previous daycare. They regularly acknowledge and uplift their team, and I witnessed many interactions filled with appreciation and respect. That kind of support is clearly a priority at TLE, and it shines through in the center’s culture.

We are so happy to have our daughter attending TLE Columbus Circle. We had a short 1-week experience in the fall and then she joined full time three months ago in the toddler classroom. The Director Jenna has been amazing to work with since day 1. She is super responsive and caring and helped us get a slot for our daughter in the toddler classroom earlier in the year. Rosie and Tricia have also been wonderful to our family. They welcome us with a smile every day and make sure that we are well informed about any issues with our daughter during the day. We also love the updates we get through the app which allow us to see how she is doing throughout the day. Overall, we feel our daughter is safe and happy in this place and we are happy to be part of the TLE family. The best testament of this is to see our daughter coming to daycare everyday with a smile and looking forward to seeing her friends and teachers.
