I used to be a regular at this restaurant, dining here every week with my family. However, our recent experience has left us extremely disappointed. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty on a Monday during lunch time, they were unwelcoming and gave us a cold reception when they saw we had a baby stroller. We simply wanted a side of tofu for our baby, which they serve as an option for all dishes, but they refused to accommodate us. It's worth noting that they could have easily edited a side option in their system and adjusted the price, but they chose not to do so.

What's even more disheartening is that we've encountered cleanliness issues in the past, such as spotting a roach on our table during one visit. Despite this, we gave them another chance and continued visiting the restaurant. However, their lack of consideration for their regular customers is unacceptable. We will not be returning to this establishment and cannot recommend...

I may have to give this place another try. I had lunch here with my sisters and mother. The food was just meh. The Thai iced tea was good. We all ordered something from the lunch special menu, which is actually a great value. It comes with salad and a choice of entree. We also ordered the summer rolls. It was just ok. We ordered fried calamari and the squid was really tough and chewy. It was definitely overcooked. We also ordered a papaya salad for appetizer. It was VERY spicy. I think the papaya salad messed up our taste buds because everything else did not taste good after. But, I just ate some left over food and it was actually tasty. Although we were the only table/guests at the restaurant, it was actually difficult to get service. We still tipped 25+% but I wish we could’ve had...

This place is an absolute GEM !!!! The food is truly outstanding- such bold flavours and the perfect amount of heat. Tested out the fried rice, dumplings, curry, the duck, and a few noodle dishes (the drunken noodle dish was next level). If you aren’t vegetarian - the chicken dumplings are the way to go (the veggie ones are still great, but the chicken ones were even better).

But the service here is what makes it extra special. I have never met such kind and wonderful people before. Truly amazing service. We had to visit twice during our stay in NYC and we came back because they were just so sweet (and the incredible food). Cutest little Thai restaurant. Highly, highly recommend...

We tried this Thai restaurant for lunch today and found the experience to be great. It's easy to find a table around 12 noon. And, tables and area is clean. The seating area feels cosy and has comfortable chairs. The staff is attentive and super quick. Also, ensures there's always water topped in the glass. We placed the order and before the meals they seved the complementary salad, which tasted just perfect. No complaints. The food was also perfect, we ordered veg and non veg options. What deserves a special mention? The attendants are super attentive, always know what you would ask for. What could be better? Nothing, they are doing the right thing.

Would've ranked it higher because the food actually tasted good but I came here with friends and two of the dishes had hairs in them. While we didn't complain that's gross 🤢. I didn't finish my rice and curry so asked for a to-go container and our server was so annoyed, which doesn't seem like an unreasonable request. She took them and dumped both into the same container and gave it back to me. Shouldn't they be packed separately since they are served separately? I didn't want to eat that much rice but okay... They were too cheap to spare an extra container.

There are so many Thai restaurants in Hell’s Kitchen. This one of the good ones. I learned Thai food from My college roommate who was from Thailand. So I like authentic Thai food. The curry puff and very good and Tom kha kai soup had all the authentic ingredients like galangal, kaffir lime leaves … I asked for Prik nam pla (Thai chili with fish s sauce) for fried pork belly with Chinese broccoli, they were happy to make for me. I will go back there any time.
