I’ve been harassed by this law firm for months. They represent people who give Merchant Cash Advances. I’ve offered to pay them what they were owed. But Rubin stepped in and and wants to tack on another 4K for herself. And is making sure she gets paid before her client does. I doubt the client was made aware of my offer to pay them. So I suppose they can hurry up and wait. I’ll go ahead and square away the other folks before I even consider giving them...

Rubin is absolutely rude with such a nasty attitude. She took one look at me and you can just read the racism on her face. The HR and paralegals were nice. Rubin needs a reality check. Anna Rubin and our family owned business signed a settlement agreement to pay back a business loan through Cash Capital. The settlement is being paid via automatic withdrawal on a weekly basis, to date, we can't get anyone to return our calls, NEVER have we received any statements from them! Time to go spend money on another lawyer to get Anna Rubin investigated and/or at least MAKE her...
