As a first responder this store is horrible and the extreme worst, Do NOT buy from them!!! They do not use real FRUITS on your smoothies!!!!! They uses syrups. The Asian male who appears as the owner or manager . along with the lady at the register that takes orders are extremely rude and RACIST. I have giving them 3 tries along the years and each time their service towards fixing a drink due to their mistakes becomes horrendous. They speak to customers in a condescending manner . I pleasantly asked for my drink to be fixed and not have so much clumps of ice and the extra chocolate it had which made it taste like blended chocolate milk. they refused !!!! the lady told me “we can’t do nothing for you “ that’s how the drink is made we’re not changing it. One of the best bubble tea spots in the city. All of the ingredients are fresh (real coconut milk, YES), the flavors are on point, and the drinks help to rejuvenate while tasting good. (The temperature of them is always perfect, too.) One of the big draws is the overall vibe of the shop; it's warm, it's relaxed, it's bright and full of goodness, as well as cozy. The service is excellent and makes the experience that much more enjoyable. The owners know the regulars and their orders while also making the new visitors feel welcome, and it's sweet to see the kids coming in for their drinks throughout their day. Not happy with the my experience today. I ordered a strawberry, orange and banana smoothie. I received my drink but was in a bit of a rush so I took it and left, when I tried the smoothie it was quite obvious that the guy making my order forgot the banana. So, I called and asked if they can reblend it with the banana as I paid for it. The lady, and guy making smoothies became aggressive over the phone telling me that the banana was put into the drink. On my lunch break I went to show them that the drink clearly and visibly didn’t have the banana, in which she became rude and told me “well that’s how our drinks look and it does have banana.” Please look at the picture and tell me if this is a drink that’s strawberry and Orange or strawberry orange and banana.
