I recently had the pleasure of visiting Theory in New York City and was fortunate enough to be styled by the incredibly talented Angelina. I cannot express how delighted I am with the exceptional service and styling expertise I received during my visit.

From the moment I walked into the store, Angelina's warm and welcoming nature immediately put me at ease. She took the time to understand my preferences and what I was looking for. What truly impressed me was her willingness to bring fresh ideas to the table while respecting my personal style.

Angelina's eye for fashion is truly remarkable. She picked out outfits that not only made me look stunning but also made me feel confident and beautiful. One standout moment was when she paired a beautiful red suit with cream heels, and I absolutely loved it! Her attention to detail and knowledge of how colors complemented my skin tone were evident in the pieces she chose for me.

This shop offers a relaxing, quick, and pleasant experience to pick up a necessary essential men’s outfit. The look is refined, comfortable, and staged so well,,that once I walked in there I was assured that I would find a great outfit.

The staff is extremely on point . They let me look in peace, and assisted immediately the second I started getting tired.

The changing rooms are extremely comfortable and I did not feel like I would pass out. The fashion consultant always came back to advise and help with fit, sizing, etc..

The clothes are really comfortable and fit well, especially for my super slim build. I can find clothes that don’t hang off like curtains.

Overall great shopping experience, and one of the very few places I would opt for over on-line shopping. The location is ideal at the Brookfield mall , so there is adequate shelter , places to rest, eat , and relax and not feel like a throng of pedestrians may run me over if I stop to look. I was also able to have a beverage beforehand and could also take my time, knowing that there are restrooms available nearby.

More vegan options would make Theory too good to be true. Unfortunately, the occasional wool content in the fabric...

I've been a loyal customer of this store for over 8 years and have always appreciated the selection and atmosphere. However, I had a disappointing experience yesterday afternoon.

Upon entering, my partner and I were greeted by several staff members. We exchanged friendly nods and greetings, but in the midst of the bustling atmosphere, we unfortunately missed a question from one staff member about whether we needed assistance. While we didn't intend to be dismissive, one staff member reacted by loudly exclaiming, "I GUESS NOT!" in front of other customers. This abrupt and unprofessional response made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, ultimately leading us to leave without making a purchase.

I understand that retail environments can be busy and stressful, but I believe maintaining polite and respectful communication with customers is essential. I hope this feedback will be used to improve future customer...
