I've recently joined Three Hammers Training and I'm absolutely loving it!!! From my initial email, expressing interest in the gym I have been welcomed into the community of this new CrossFit gym in Queens. I was selective in the gym that I wanted to join and I couldn’t be happier with this box! The programming is 10/10, challenging yet rewarding, and it's really helping me achieve my fitness goals. The community environment is incredibly welcoming and supportive, making each workout session something to look forward. (sidenote, i NEVER look forward to burpees!) Read moreI came across Three Hammers Training when looking for a gym to do a couple of Olympic Weightlifting drop in sessions when I was spending a few days in NYC and I couldn't have found a better place! They were responsive to my emails and both Adam and Mabel were super warm and welcoming.
The facility was clean, well-organized and had IWF barbells and plates in KG. I easily found a spot in the mornings to complete my weighlifting sessions and enjoyed every minute there. Also, loved their merch and the nice pictures of athletes in the washroom.
