Voance is an amazing, new salon on the upper east side. I am so impressed with the cleanliness of the salon, the talented staff and the accessibility. Rasheda does an amazing blow out that leaves you feeling and looking your best.

I came across the salon one evening when I was looking for a last minute blow dry for the next day. I was able to make my appointment online. Rasheda responded right away confirming my appointment for the next morning. The staff was extremely professional and made me feel like I was in good hands. They took their time washing my hair and let me not forget to mention the massage chairs! I was so relaxed I didn’t want to get up!

Rasheda took her time styling my hair and truly takes pride in her work. Since then, I have been coming for a weekly blowout!

I’m so happy I found this salon, as it is open from 7 am - 9 pm! Being able to get my hair done before or after work is awesome.

I chanced upon Voance in dire need of a last-minute blowdry. Rashida asked me to try Umut who was new, and after hesitating, I obliged. Umut did my hair beautifully and was really nice. I also got a Keratin treatment. I went back when I tried to book a block away and didn't hear back from another hair salon, while Voance called back and took me in right away. This time I asked for Umut and he was so happy to do my hair. He did a fantastic job. I have paid double the price in my older salons and they have not done as good a job as Umut. He asked me to trust him and he spent so much time on it, make each strand beautiful, and the next day I am still rocking the style. He has me as a customer for life! This hair salon was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. She charged me over $1600 for hair extensions she promised they would last 3 to 4 months they barely lasted for two weeks. She refuses to give me my receipt I called the company she originally ordered the hair extensions from and they told me it was only 600 she lied me the hair extensions were 1200 she promised that if anything happened she would reinstall free of charge which was not true she blocked my number refuses to give me my receipt and refuses to cooperate my hair extensions fell out the installation was terrible I’ve been getting extensions since I was 15 years old and this was the worst job I’ve ever had in my life.
