My stay at Wellbridge was great. The facility is very clean - it gets cleaned every day, almost seems like every hour. The rooms are cleaned daily. The bathrooms are cleaned daily. The amenities are akin to a hotel - floor to ceiling tile in the bathroom, heated floors, there is always very hot water in the shower no matter the time of day, water pressure is good. They have a very nice personal gym to use. As well as a Serenity Pool which is heated and equipped with a waterfall. They have an arts center where art therapy takes place. This place is nothing like South Oaks, NUMC, or the other rehab centers. They even have a support dog, Oakley, who visits very often.
As for the staff: everyone who works at this facility is very, very accommodating. They really do have Your best interest in mind. I also appreciate that that 99% of the staff has first hand experience with addiction (be it themselves or a family member, or both); from the nurses, to the counselors, to the RSS's (the techs). Everyone on the clinical team is highly trained in addiction recovery as well. The counselors are excellent, and these people truly listen to your wants and needs. I have seen change happen within my 28 day visit due to the patients speaking up and voicing their needs. Recovery is at the forefront of this facility. So, the staff can really understand what you're going through, and can help you get through this rough time. The discharge team also sets you up for success for when you get released. They will find you providers, handle insurance, and do everything that's needed for you to succeed once you complete your treatment.
My stay here has been very pleasant. They have outside speakers come in for NA, AA, and SMART Recovery groups on a daily basis. They have truly renewed my desire to stay sober and have given me a new determination to remain abstinence which i have never had before, any of the other times I've gotten clean. I truly feel renewed, like a new person, and it is all because of this facility and its staff.
Thank you Wellbridge, thank you Nicole, thank you to the nurses, thank you Rich K., thank you Dr. Singh, thank you to the counselors, and last but not least, thank you to Andrew, Steve and the rest...
Β Β Β Read moreComing to wellbridge initially was pretty intimidating at first. I looked on their website and saw it looks like a amazing place but I was still skeptical of how my experience is going to be at first. Upon coming here I was welcomed with a very friendly staff and most the patients gave me guidance on the daily activities and expectations. Within a week I realized I'm blessed to be in such a wonderful facility because not everyone's insurance can cover the complete length of stay. Thankfully I was able to complete the entire program and I worked everyday to attend all the group meetings they had and tried to take something away everyday. I'm grateful I was able to come to such a nice facility and able to reflect upon my own mistakes. As much as I liked my stay here I will continue to work further upon myself so I...

I owe more to Dave than i can begin to describe. This is a wonderful place with a wonderful staff who truly want to help make a difference. They get a 10/5 in my book!! Highly recommend. The care and effort that this place offers cannot be beat. I hope anyone who is struggling finds peace and can find their way to a better life. Wel bridge gives each person the tools they need to succeed after their program and live a healthy successful life. I cant thank them enough, with a special shoutout again to...
