West Village Florist — Local services in New York

I will never return to west village flowers… I bought flowers on a Friday late morning and most of the bouquet wilted by early morning the following day … I called them and they said I needed to bring the flowers to show them Monday which I was was unable to do. I took a photo of the bouquet and my receipt… in my opinion should have been good enough for them to honor a refund… oh, in addition they claimed that one of the flowers in the bouquet was not theirs( they later apologized and said they had made a mistake ). They would also not consider a refund only a store credit… terrible customer service and terrible...

This WAS my neighborhood florist. The last 3 encounters have been less than desirable but dismissed it and didn’t confront them. This time I decided to bring my orchid plant back after it was looking sick a week into living with it to show them and asked for a replacement. They did not stand by their product and were extremely rude and dismissive to a customer who has been loyal to them for years. This flower shop is awesome! I have been here several times to get flowers for my daughter who is a Ballet dancer. She is preforming with the Joffrey Ballet today and Sunday. One of the young ladies who helped me, remembered me from last Dec., and help me select a beautiful bouquet of flowers for each day. They had many prepared for the busy Mother Day weekend.
