Wistaria Nail Spa II — Local services in New York

I've been going to Wistaria for years and I will never go anywhere else. I used to take the subway all the way downtown to go to their Christopher street location but now that they've opened a second location in the UWS on 57th and 9th it's been even more amazing. They truly do the most clean cut, professional nail work I've ever seen. People stop to ask me where I do my nails at. And I only get dip powder with sometimes extensions if my nails are too short. Nothing crazy but it's SO we'll done ! The level of attention to every detail is impeccable!!! They are not only kind, professional and pleasant, they also listen to what you want and are accommodative of any changes in the manis/pedis that you might request. I've never left there unhappy (unlike most salons that I go to here in the city). The salon is extremely clean and sanitary, not to mention gorgeous! I always go there to relax, unwind and treat myself because the prices are super affordable. I highly highly recommend this place to get your nails done. There's nothing more frustrating than spending a lot of money and not getting the results you expected. Guaranteed that will never happen at Wistaria!! Love...

WOooWWww!!! If only I had Molly where I live I’d finally stop trying to always do my own nails -_-!! Not only was Molly very nice and patient but all of the staff here was kind and professional. I am very picky when I get my nails done and almost no one can take simple requests without an attitude or just being skilled at it all while remaining professional, this is not the case with Molly. She was unbelievably detailed and a perfectionist just like I am with the end result. If I asked for anything that I could see on my end, she would go over it without any issue. Finding a great nail tech for dip powder nails is very hard so if you’re in town, going to see her is a no-brainer. I’ve been using dip for a while so I just grow my nails like this, no extensions needed and only pay for the dip set. Their prices are also fair if you shop around and compare. The first photo is of my nails right after the dip, and the second photo w the green in the background is today over 2 WEEKS after getting them done! Not a single nail has broken! Wistaria knows what they’re doing w its customer care...

It was okay, it was nice of them to get me in last minute, but I wish they had parafin wax. I did just get home though from my mani/pedi and the gel on my fingers is wrinkled. they do tell you after paying that you need to pay 20% gratuity, and it isn't included. I think if you're going to force people to tip it should just be included in the price. for $75 (general regular polish pedicure and regular gel manicure) and then a forced $15 tip on top ($90 total) in my opinion was a little expensive given that the gel is not smooth.
