I want to start by saying that the security guard at the entrance was very polite and deserves recognition. However, our shopping experience was disappointing: we arrived 20+ minutes before closing and the fitting rooms were already closed. When my wife tried to try it on top of her clothes just to check the size, staff stopped her, saying it was only allowed in fitting rooms. If fitting rooms close early and no reasonable alternative is allowed, why not adjust the official closing time instead of keeping customers from a normal shopping experience during open hours? In addition, during my wife’s shopping, no staff (except the one who told us not to try) came over to ask if we needed help, even though there were only two or three groups of customers in the store. It seemed the staff were more concerned with chatting or finishing up to leave than...

I went to the With Jean opening and there were multiple workers that were very rude to me. One of the worker was up in my face. Another worker was really pushy and loud. The overall vibe of the place was really judgy. This left a bad impression on me. Also the store lady made me pay the price online, ($169) "because of tariffs," when the price in store was $150 on the tags. They should have honored the in store price instead of silently adding that it at checkout. My review was deleted and withjean did the bare minimum to address this. The clothing is not even worth the price. I will not be coming back anytime soon. I am very disappointed with how this was handled, the discount that they gave me did not make up for my terrible...

The try on experience are terrible. The staff will not going to help you grab anything you want. She will ask you if everything ok but will never help. The fitting room staff today will only told you they are out of stock for everything but I definitely saw it’s hanging on the rack. She can let me go grab by myself instead lie on my face. Also they said the white t shirt cannot try on but I saw somebody bring it to fitting room and tried on. I don’t know why there are two standards...
