Please stop threatening your youth of removal from the shelter for minor infractions, without provided proper genuine guidance. You are dealing with broken individuals, who trusted you with their lives temporarily to help align them to the right path. These are youth, who are sometimes misguided, and individuals who are probably paychecks away from being in their same shoes, fail to take heed to these things. Humble yourselves, target group you are faced to deal with in your line of duty, and properly serve. There should be no reason at all, these youth are complaining about being threatened to be evicted, from a place meant to service the youth. This program gets enough resources both financially, legally, and governmental, to properly service the youth. Do your jobs, or it will be the responsibility of others, to take that job from you in the most legal way possible. Be kind, and be understanding. Stop flirting with vulnerable youth as well, MALE and FEMALE staff. This is not a dating location, to find companions. This is the last warning to this facility. This...

Horrible, while here i have had stuff stolen from me on a high scale. Over $300 dollars worth of items have been stolen not only from the storage unite in which staff are responsible for but also from a locked wooden locker which are in poor shape. A variety of the staff members are rude and do not comply with allot of clients needs and accomodations. Its security upon contraband substances are very poor and not maintained. The terms of agreement inwhich everyone signs upon entering the facility is not enforced such as being allowed up to the dormitory floors after leaving the premises in the morning, in which staff has allowed clients entry to this area after premises are suppose to be closed for the day. I rate this facility 1(one) star for these deciding factors. If i could give them 0 (zero) stars i gladly would. Never have i witnessed a homeless shelter with such low standards and maintainence...

The staff is rude the place is very dirty, the food they serve there is always burned or never done, it's unfair the staff Never really help you, I was kicked out because someone spit on me can you believe that what I'm trying to say it is a good place to take advantage but beware the injustice system they want people to leave everyday they kick people out everyday for the smallest reason they Will all lie to you cause it's their job, I was closed to being rapped by one of the staff ladies when I went to report it no one believed me and I got a three month suspension it's a lady in here named miss rolly she has brown hair and shes tan she racist and doesn't want the youth to succeed she told me herself everything is corrupt someone needs to investigate and shut this hell house down it's like an asylum please...
