I love brandy and come here so often. The store is cramped and tiny and hard to maneuver especially with all the girls working around the tablesā which is understandable because they are just folding/restocking, but it can definitely be hard to maneuver around the store since itās so tight on walking space. I love the selection and thereās always so many cute things to buy. Tess was my cashier- she was sweet & made conversation so clearly not all workers are incredibly rude. Some can be a little dismissive when you walk by and definitely give you some rude vibes so iām not saying everyone is nice. And also the girl who I assume is the manager there was a little loud and angry- yelling at everyone through the middle of the store that they cannot put things in backstockā and although i understand it can be frustrating when things are not done right itās no reason to scream across the store especially with customers nearby. A few minutes later one of the girls who also worked there had asked her a question about having a day off and she had rudely told her that getting that day off has been an issue for everyone and nobody wants to work and dismissively spoke to her. However, my experience at this location was very differentāthe cashier was rude and, in my opinion, racist. The first thing she said to me was, "Do you know our return policy?" without even greeting me. This was shocking because Iām a Black man with my teenage daughter, and she didnāt mention the return policy to the customers before us. It felt like discrimination. I spoke to the manager about the issue, but they defended the cashierās behavior. I explained that it was extremely rude and racially insensitive to bring up the return policy immediately without a simple greeting or waiting until after our purchase. I had to wait in line for 45 min, and when finally i got in it was ācleanā, but there were plastic bins full of unshelved merchandise, baskets full of random things, and racks blocking a whole section of the store! the thing that irked me the most was how many employees were in the store. there were around 10 employees when there couldnāt have been more than 20ish shoppers! some were very nice and helpful, but others sat on their phones blocking clothes and even when i reached around they didnāt move or say anything! ALSO they didnt have ANY free stickers or pins, which was sooo sad because i really wanted a souvenir :( frankly i expected this when seeing other reviews online, so im not too peeved, but disappointed...
