I just tried to buy a Alex and Ani bracelet but was treated so poorly by the younger lady working at the display in the store that my mother and I chose to leave the store instead. There was another lady at the kiosk who appeared to have more money than we did considering her clothes and accessories who was interested in purchasing Alex and Ani items as well and was already being assisted by the sales associate when my mother and I walked in. It took over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by the sales associate which I wasn't unhappy about since I understand she was already helping someone else. However, it was her tone and attitude once she acknowledged us. She said she was already helping someone which is fine but the lady was looking through a whole collection on the counter so she could have at least asked what we were interested in looking at in the mean time. She looked my mother and I up and down apparently judging our value on our appearance. I was so offended. We waited for about 15 minutes and still had not received service from anyone in the store. I'm sorry but now my whole family in town will not be shopping...

The young lady working there was simply rude stating that I could not return a shirt if the tags were off and that her manager was in the store but “off duty”. She proceeded to stop me from trying to go to the counter to speak with another associate. My daughter is 10 and cut the tags before trying it on (mind you there is no dressing room in the store). I simply asked for grace in that the purchase was within a week, tags were in perfect shape, & I had my receipt. Nope - they were not willing to exchange for a larger size. I will never return or recommend this store to anyone. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in retail. I would recommend purchasing items elsewhere. For some reason we weren't acknowledged for more than 10 minutes. Only one customer was in need of help and it took 2 employees to wait on her while we stood there never even being acknowledged. I wonder if my hooded sweatshirt and jeans made them think I had no money to spend since the customer they helped was telling them how much money she had. I felt totally unwelcome and like a second class citizen. Will most likely not be returning.
