Its been a big change in quality of service, but today really the person that was on front line and in charge have in his hand the power to help and make my family and my self enjoy the food but he decide not to do it. Was an error in door dash app and he decide to decline to remake my food and make me walk away with the food that way after my husband surgery. Spanish speaking, yes he was latino just like me, but that can happen, people can decide who they help. Thanks, for sure you will read this review.

This place is anything but busy and what I mean is, there is 7 workers. 3 on grill. 1 we waited to take our order but they had to find them in the freezer to do so. As we wait for our food I had to ask for someone to clean off a table. All of thr tables were filled with drinks and crumbs. Under the tables were full of fries. The 1 worker who is half way cleaning has spent 30 minutes just walking around. Nothing is being done. See pics for what I see.
The bottom of my burger had food on it so I'm concerned if the surface was cleaned first. The drink machine was nearly empty.

Did someone say potatoes, potatoes, potatoes? I just can't get enough of those potato fries they cook. And not to mention the enormous amount of overflow the put in once bagged. I always start myself with a hand full of peanuts followed by by nice sip of root beer pop. Now my eyes are getting big in anticipation of the world's best triple burger top with all the fixings.
