Harmony Tea Shoppe — Restaurant in Noblesville

If I could give this store a 0 I would, first of they have doughnuts but they have them sell them in the store, second I order from here try to give my rewards number but said they would not do rewards if you pay cash (which I don’t understand why not) every other store doesn’t care if you pay cash or card if your a loyalty customer they take your account number for rewards and third of tried to buy 3 drinks was $26 I only had cash with me which was a $100 bill and said he can’t take it but doesn’t have any sings at the door that say so…. I am sorry but this was ridiculous and made me look bad and embarrassed money is money but it’s ok if they don’t want it, we usually come here 2-3 times a month and spend $40 each time we come paid with cash before but definitely not going to come...

I usually like this brand, but my recent experience at this location left me frustrated. A tip was automatically added to my order, and I didn't even notice it until the final confirmation screen flashed by quickly. The person with me also did not see a screen to add or remove a tip. I don’t appreciate these sneaky tipping practices without clear visibility of all charges.

If I have to drive to a place, park, walk in, order from a kiosk, pay at the kiosk, interact with no one, and then retrieve my own drink from the counter, I should be the one getting tipped. The machines that are used to order had many errors and stopped working entirely, the worker eventually let us order at the front after he tried to fix the machine and failed. I ordered a peach oolong tea with 0 sugar, my father ordered an avocado shake, and my sister ordered some strawberry thing. My drink was missing the milk and both looked and tasted like a FANTA. It was really sweet, and even my father and mother, who I had taste it said it was sweet. My father's shake was not a shake it was just avocado MILK. This is not McDonald's with 15 year old staff.
