I am a regular shopper at Versona and love the unique styles you offer. However, I recently encountered an issue when trying to return an item and learned that returns are not accepted without a receipt.
I don't usually keep paper receipts, as most stores can look up purchases using the credit card used for the transaction. Unfortunately, I was never emailed a receipt either. This was very disappointing and will definitely influence my future shopping habits at your store.

Itâs been the same worker both times. Upon check out she doesnât say a word to me, not even a âhave a nice dayâ when handing me my bag. Today she was on the phone with someone while checking me out.
