Need better employees or manager I had the worst experience today was my birthday and i regret going here one came in no one great with “ hello welcome in “ and I went to get stuffs for my big day and there was a Latina and two other employees black (no I ain’t races) so the Latina rung me up and she rung a skirt that wasn’t mine and I notice what I pay was to much so I look at the receipt and saw she put an item that wasn’t mine so I said “hey beautiful this is t mine” she knew she messed up and well she ain’t say sorry or none cuz at the end of the day she was in the wrong so she ask another employee idk if she is a manager or not if she is she is the worst she said “ oh do credit on the store “ I said no I pay cash and I want my cash back it was your employee fault so she got mad and was saying slack shit like it was very unprofessional she even said “ I don’t feel like fighting with people “ remind you I went just to get something for my birthday and she kept on saying slack stuff the other employee male black was cheering her up like I work at a restaurant and I’m a manager and I have never seen so bad employees there worst place and if you seeing this and your the boss or whatever I have a picture of the employees to report them to one being unprofessional and two trying to argue with a...

THE LADIES AT THIS SITE ARE EXCEPTIONAL! VERY FRIENDLY AND PATIENT AS WELL. I CAME IN WITH A RETURN/EXCHANGE AND WAS IMMEDIATELY ASSISTED. I ALSO HAD A MANUFACTURER ISSUE WITH A PRODUCT AND RACHEL WAS EXCEPTIONAL WITH ASSISTING ME IN THAT MANNER TO EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING ELSE. ALL OF THE LADIES ARE WONDERFUL, I JUST DON'T REMEMBER ALL OF THEIR NAMES. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE. ONE OF MY FAVES. GOOD QUALITY IN CLOTHING AND THE STORE IS ALWAYS SO NEAT AND ORGANIZED. I love this store alone and this store would be absolutely perfect if they had the proper employees in there I came in here at approximately 230 and ended up waiting in line for 15 minutes while a young lady finished her phone conversation before she was even willing to check me out when I asked her if she could check me out she told me I needed to wait because she’s trying to see how long the line is going to get what sense does that make when the lady in front of me was still grabbing items and exchanging things if there is more than one person behind the counter why can’t you help check me out.. i’ll find another one to visit as long as she is...
