Phenomenal customer experience today. Was shopping with my 9 year old to get her first pair of converse :) both of the women employees that we interacted with were just awesome! The woman on the floor offered assistance and I asked about how much to size down. She gave some guidance and then offered to check the fit for me. The woman at the register was so sweet-my daughter was using birthday money to pay her own way and the way the employee took care of her was genuinely outstanding. This place has so many size selections. We're a five under 18 family. I managed to get shoes from size 2 youth all the way up to 13 men's! Didn't think we'd be able to find the 13 since they're a bit harder to find. Staff was super helpful.
