I would give zero stars if it were an option! The girls here are without a doubt the rudest girls I've ever encountered, they make it very uncomfortable, you don't the feeling you're not good enough to be there and your brand new clothes even with tags on don't seem to please these ladies. The thing that put it over the top, for me, was overhearing two employees making reaally cruell & nasty remarks about a customer who was actually still shopping in the store. I was in complete disbelief at the awful language one of the girls repeatedly used, it she was talking very low to the other emploee but no matter, very unprofessional! I waited and waited as I watched the staff ignore customers of all ages attempting to ask for help to get their bags from behind the register. It's really a hazard to make customers climb over the huge mess of totes and baskets thrown around and piled very high. I also ended up having to politely ask for help to get through all the cluttered mess to collect my clothes they didn't take, the two girls behind the register looked at each other, ignored me, turned away from me and pretended to fold some jeans while they whispered to one another. At the end of this awful experience I ended up paying more in gas to get here, wasted 30 minutes somewhere I'll never go again, witnessed some really horrible customer service, and ignored by the staff. I'll be selling my things elsewhere from now on. The girls that work here seem to be thw biggest problem. From what I've seen and heard for myself, I just dont think it's very good for business. Went in here a couple years ago & sold a couple bags of shirts for around $20. I wasn't expecting them to even buy that much because some of the shirts were just plain Aeropostale shirts that everyone used to wear in middle school. Anyways, my mother & I went to the store recently with multiple bags of name-brand items (Express, H&M, Charlotte Russe, American Eagle, Reebok, Abercrombie & Fitch, Buckle, etc.) that either had tags still on them or were worn only a handful of times. The 3 girls behind the desk were very rude & short with me & never made eye contact once. They ended up buying 3 items from me for a measly $5.75. I had one tank top from Express that had a tag on it that said $24.50! I asked the girl why they were only taking 3 items & she said the rest were too "old". I completely disagree with that for most of the items were bought within the last year or so. I will say that they have good clothes there, my mother & I spent over a hundred dollars even though we were treated poorly by the girls at the counter & were disgusted with strange stains on the clothes & around the store. I would strongly recommend new workers who know good clothes & who aren't inconsiderate jerks who gossip about costumers in front of other costumers (2 of the girls were rolling their eyes at a family that was attempting to buy clothes but only spoke broken English). Also hire a cleaning crew. I looked through my clothes when I got home & I am just as shocked as I was when they offered me $5.75 because there are good clothes in the bag with tags still on them- never worn! Plato's closet in North Olmsted is top of the line. You get more bang for your buck and the staff here is amazing. They are all so friendly and helpful and I give this place "5" out of "5" stars. I look forward to going back here again hopefully sooner rather than later....... Keep up the Great Work my Friends....., Update- (9-15-23)- Love the atmosphere but more importantly, Those workers there are some of the friendliest people I have met in my life. Point, Blank Period my friends,.. Five Stars and then some anyway I choose to look at this from The great deals to the fair and honest prices and Right smack Back to the Awsome Customer Service! If by chance, the actual owner reads this, I WOULD LIKE TO ADD, THAT THERE WAS A COUPLE OF WONDERFUL YOUNG LADIES WORKING IN THERE THE OTHER DAY AND THOSE YOUNG LADIES HAD GREAT WORK ETHIC AND EMPATHY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.
