China King — Restaurant in Norwalk

HORRIBLE place with horrible food and customer service if I could give 0 stars I would we called the lady on the phone was rude from the jump we got our food and their was veggies in the lomain which we said no to than we call and she acts like it’s our fault than when the driver gets their he doesn’t speak English because the second plate has hard black old rice all at the bottom so since he couldn’t understand he just took the food. So we call and she gets mad at me and argues me down and says it’s my fault and I would have to wait a hour for fresh food that she got wrong and than the icing on the cake was when she hung up in my face once I tried to call back no answer than the third time I called I told her white instead and hung up on her because of how disrespectful she was than later found out she charged us a extra 1.50 for for a drink when we stayed no egg roll soda instead don’t eat here they suck last time I will ever spend my money on bs never again -0...

They deliberately burn my fantash shrimp This place has gone downhill, the food was terrible never complained on this order after 25 years of supporting this restaurant they couldn't accommodate me, Plus a charge for using a credit card which is illegal in Connecticut, I will never go there again The lady was nasty, couldn't believe it After 25 years of devotion to this restaurant bye-bye.... A plate of rib tips and fries and 4 chicken wings and it was $18. The lady who takes the orders is very rude and has no customer service presence. Then for the price the portion of food does not match up. I haven’t eaten from this plat and pushed all the food together and look at all of the space in the plate.
