I can't say how much I respect these guys for the work they performed!

Our main electrical panel at our manufacturing facility experienced a short (fire and all !) These guys responded next day, when others wanted exorbitant "emergency' fees or a week-long wait; they then sought-out the necessary replacement parts without charging us an arm and a leg when the process became more time consuming than expected due to supplier-stock issues.

Not only that, their show of Integrity throughout the service-call impressed myself and the owner to a point that we've decided to offer them two more (2) unscheduled jobs that we've moved-up on our timeline just to show our appreciation!

UPDATE: we've just had several projects completed throughout the house and can once again affirm how pleased we are with the services of the the Mr. Amp staff.

Not only were they timely and prepared but their attentiveness to our home and the project overall was outstanding; the Boss himself came out to assure everyone was on track with all aspects of the project (of course, Caleb & Blake hadn't missed a thing) and followed-up with ensuring our satisfaction!

Austin was nothing short of amazing! We were in some deep trouble when a falling tree pulled our electric wiring right out of the house--on a Saturday night. They answered the phone, even though it was past midnight, and Austin showed up at my house at 8am the next day. He couldn't get the needed parts or labor right away, so he arranged for a generator to power our fridge and cooler. He checked on us several times during the weekend, and gave me updates on permits and installation plans. Austin was always straightforward and honest with the progress of the work, and he explained what was done and why. Most of all, Austin treated us like family. We were not just customers to him. He genuinely cared about our well-being and got the work done as soon as he could. The care and concern he showed was just as important to us as the quality of his work, which was top-notch! Google only has a 5 star system, but I would give 10 stars! I highly recommend Mr. Amp, and Austin...

Austin and Andrew did a great job. Very informative, clear, professional but also personable.

We had them originally come out to quote adding lights where there weren't any existing ones but wiring was nearby. They laid out the costs, why it would cost that, the potential problems, and offered several options.

We decided to only go with installing a fan in our ceiling and he was able to find a solution to make our existing light switch a double switch so we could just keep one on for the fan without having to install an entire separate switch.

They cleaned everything up, showed us how it worked, and even made as clean a cut as possible with the drywall so we'll have an easy repair (too bad I just painted haha). But seriously great job!

And they came all the way out to Saratoga Springs to do this electrical work.
