Unhinged Tattoos & Piercing — Local services in Ogden

I had my daith piercing done about 4 months ago and it was a rough experience. They seemed so sweet and like they knew what they were doing. This place has great reviews so I thought I made a good choice in a piercer. But the piercing was very painful and took a really long time. He struggled getting the ring in my ear and ended up having to repierce it because he took so long to get the ring through that it closed. It was brutal. But my migraine was gone so I thought it was all worth it. Now, 4 months later my piercing started hurting really bad and I could tell the piercing had shifted. I went into another piercing shop and he knew immediately where I had my original piercing done because of the poor quality of work. My piercing had in fact shifted and was coming out, something that shouldn't have happened. And the ring that was put in I was told should NEVER be the initial piercing piece. This type of jewelery should only be put in a year after the piercing to ensure proper healing. Something I didn't have. So now I have no piercing, can't get it redone for months until this heals (don't worry I won't make the same mistake again), and I already have a migraine coming on. Was a little hard for me to find. (Google maps was having a TomTom moment..) BUT WHAT A FIND!!!!! they say you can't judge a book by its cover but, I'm telling you, you can judge a tattoo shop by its ratings!!! Brock and his wife were fantastic!!! My wife and I brought our 16yr old daughter here with our 8yr old and our 5yr old.... Brock was concerned for our sweet 16 girl... For her birthday she wanted her ears pierced. A Daith on one ear and an Industrial in the other. She did it like a cowgirl would. She took it like a champ. But, before Brock would piece her ear, he wanted her to understand the consequences of the Daith. The pain involved and the future medical purpose of releiving migraine headaches. He reminded her several times before doing the Daith that it was going to hurt. He did the Industrial first, then reminded her one more time about the Daith. Each time she told him yes and, she was really looking forward to getting it done. Brock's wife gave our Littles suckers to eat while we watched and, they had the cutest little Gus back there with them. .. if you want artists that care about you and care about their work, this is the place. Update: She was willing to work with me and get me my deposit back. She did a very good tattoo on my cousin. We had a lot of miscommunication, but it was resolved.

I tried scheduling a tattoo appointment with a girl named Kylie. Last week she told me she could schedule me for Monday. I asked if I could give her my deposit later and she said yes. I gave her my deposit the day before my scheduled day, but she had not said anything about it. Then continues to tell me that I am not scheduled with her yet. I decided to look else where, asked for my deposit back. If I never scheduled a day with her and never canceled a scheduled time with her I should be able to receive that deposit. At this point she had not put any work into my tattoo. She goes on to tell me that she won't give me back my deposit that I literally gave her one day before asking for it back.
