Waited two weeks for home delivery of the Refrigerator. My wife calls them 20 minutes after their scheduled delivery window to find out why they were late. To be told that the refrigerator we purchased is damaged on the truck. Then that we would have to wait 2-3 weeks to get another ordered, received and then scheduled to be delivered. The manager on the phone didn't offer anything in the way of making it right, other than, "sorry, my delivery guys just told me." Two weeks to wait, only to have their delivery drivers damage the refrigerator. It's not like people go out to buy major expense appliances when we have 5 weeks to wait. Read moreI have bought no less than 12 appliances from these guys & have sent multiple customers to them but my last experience ended my doing business with them. We bought a washer that had issues with balancing & spinning, we had ge send a repairman out & he said the washer was out of level & he leveled it but I have to do that every couple weeks & even then it still has problems. I called Boyles to get some advice & see if they had some pull with ge to have it looked at again even though it was out of warranty. The owner/manager was unbelievably snotty, rude, asked me what they were supposed to do. She never even let me ask if they could just make a call to their rep. I try to give my $ to local family owned businesses, but this one will get no more...
