I discovered a stove/oven that I was looking for that was in stock at the Nino’s OKC location via FB Marketplace. I messaged the account to make sure that it was still in stock and was informed that it was indeed still in stock. The listing price was $634. I drove two hours from Altus Oklahoma to purchase the stove, but when I arrived, the price had changed to $724. Additionally, the current posted tag stated that they had one in the back that was still “New In Box.” When I inquired about the price change, I was informed by the manager that that price was from a posting 12 weeks ago during their black Friday sale. Nowhere in the ad did it state that it was from a black Friday sale and the ad was still active. I inquired if there was something they could do regarding the price because I had just driven two hours under false pretenses. The manager stated that the best he could do was $689 which I said that was fair, as I walked away though, he stated that I had to buy the floor model because that was the last one available. When I pointed to the fact that the price tag stated that he had one “new in box.” All he said was “that’s the last one sitting on the floor and if I wanted that price, I had to buy that one.” I had him pull out the floor model, and I looked it over thoroughly and chose to buy that one because he was forcing my hand but overall I feel this is bad business. I got a really good deal and the selection of appliances is pretty good, but after this, I don’t think I’ll ever shop there again.

In March of 24 my dryer went out. We went. To all the big box stores, then Nino's. Found a top of the line Electrolux dryer for half of the others. WARNING. It had some scratches on the front control panel. (I'll be so ashamed when guests see it 😳) July 24, my refrigerator dies. Back up to Nino's, then the big box stores and back to Nino's. Found an LG dual icemaker fridge for 1295, 28 ft. The other guys had it on sale for 1895 from 3000. WARNING. It had a dent in the exact place my grandson's drawing was going. 45 to hook it up and 15 to haul off the old one. I won't go anywhere else for appliances. Edit. The guys who work there and delivered were top notch!!! Seriously, you cannot beat this place.

I got my TV from them last year, and I have to admit that I was a little leery about it. I am so happy that I did. I got a 65 inch TCL and it is amazing. The picture quality is very impressive. I can't believe it was only $419. I bought the 2 year warranty, and the price came to just $10 under what Walmart had priced I. I would have had to buy it at Walmart and had no warranty, and if something happened 6 months later, I would have been really upset. I encourage anyone to give them a chance. They are really nice and understanding. My husband and I will definitely be coming back. Here's photos. Sorry, I was watching Let's Make a Deal.😄

Beware: Sketchy Business Practices & No Warranty Assurance

I recently visited Nino's Trading - TVs & Appliances 4 Less - OKC Warehouse with the intention of purchasing a fridge, washer, and dryer, but I left feeling extremely uneasy about their business practices.

From the start, it was clear that their inventory is bought in pallets with small defects, which they openly admit. However, when it came to discussing the warranty, things took a sketchy turn. The sales associate told me they offer warranties, but when I pressed for details, the story became inconsistent. At one point, I overheard the manager, who was talking to the associate about 5 feet away from me, say in a hushed voice that they don't really offer warranties. This was a major red flag.

I asked for proof that they were authorized retailers who could provide the same warranty as a big box store like Home Depot or Walmart. They couldn't provide any proof, pamphlets, or details on how to register the appliance for a warranty. When I questioned them further, the manager was dismissive and suggested I shop elsewhere if I wasn't comfortable with how they operate.

To make matters worse, a receipt they showed me from a previous customer clearly stated that any warranty would be void if the product was sold on pallets—which they admitted is how they get their stock. Shockingly, they also require you to sign this receipt, effectively acknowledging that your warranty is voided due to the product being bought on pallets. This inconsistency and lack of transparency were major red flags for me.

I would advise anyone considering making a purchase here to proceed with extreme caution. Spending thousands of dollars on appliances without any solid proof of warranty is just too risky. I won't be purchasing from this store and recommend others to think twice before doing so.

Response to the Owner: Addressing Inconsistencies and Concerns

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I appreciate your detailed explanation of how your business operates and the warranties you offer.

However, I must respectfully disagree with some of the points you made. When I visited your store, the information I received from your staff was inconsistent and unclear, especially regarding the warranties. I even overheard a conversation between the manager and an associate, where the manager stated in a hushed tone that warranties are not actually offered. This, combined with the lack of written proof or pamphlets to support your claims about warranties, left me feeling uneasy.

I don't blame the people working there; they were polite and tried their best to answer my questions. However, I do believe this issue stems from a lack of proper training and communication about your products and policies. Everyone should be on the same page to avoid confusing or misleading customers. The manager even mentioned that the store had not been provided with any materials that explain warranty information, despite having requested them for the past three years. This only added to my concerns about the way the business is run.

Additionally, I was shown a receipt from a previous customer that explicitly stated, in term number 4, that warranties were void if the product was sold on pallets. This directly contradicts what you've said in your response. It was also concerning that your team couldn’t provide clear documentation or proof that you are authorized to sell these products with a valid warranty.

While I understand you’ve been in business for 25 years and might have many satisfied customers, my experience raised too many red flags for me to feel comfortable making a purchase. Transparency and consistency are key, especially when it comes to significant investments like appliances.

I hope you take this feedback constructively to ensure other customers receive clear and consistent information...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Best place in OKC for appliances and TVs!” Nino’s Trading has the best deals you’ll find anywhere in the city. The prices are unbeatable, the selection is huge, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get a name-brand refrigerator and a big screen TV for a fraction of what I would have paid at the big box stores. Highly recommend checking them out first before buying anywhere else!

⸻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Great service and amazing prices!” I couldn’t believe the savings at Nino’s Trading. The team was super helpful, answered all my questions, and even helped me load up my purchase. The warehouse is organized, and they really do have something for everyone—from stoves and ovens to TVs. If you want quality without breaking the bank, this is the place.

⸻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Hidden gem in Oklahoma City” I’m so glad I found Nino’s Trading. They had a huge selection of TVs and appliances at prices much lower than anywhere else I looked. The staff didn’t pressure me, just gave honest advice and let me choose what worked for me. Everything works perfectly, and I saved hundreds of dollars. I’ll definitely be back!

⸻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Highly recommend for anyone shopping appliances or electronics” From start to finish, my experience with Nino’s Trading was excellent. The customer service was top-notch, and the deals were incredible. I bought a washer and dryer set along with a new flat-screen TV, all for less than what I would have paid for just the washer somewhere else....
