IKEA Plan & order point with Pick-up - Ontario — Local services in Ontario

I recently purchased a kitchen from IKEA, and while the measurement service went smoothly, everything after that was a downhill experience. Using the online planners was a mistake. I paid for the measurement service, but Jacob didn’t check or corrected my design. Even when something was clearly wrong as there was warnings, I was told to just ignore it.

After payment, Jacob initially promised to keep me updated about out-of-stock items but then disappeared. Despite several attempts, I couldn’t reach him. Out of frustration, I booked another online appointment, which turned out to be another mistake. I ended up paying more and still didn’t receive all the items I needed.

Finally, I decided to book an in-store appointment at IKEA Ontario, and by luck, I was assisted by Mitc Lopez. He was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. He took the time to review my design, identify the flaws, and fix them properly. He also arranged delivery to fit my schedule and provided excellent customer service throughout.

It’s nice to not have to go to west co. We customized our closet at the Ontario store and picked up from there as well. Not sure you can do pick for other items because this location doesn’t pop up on my ikea app. Maybe on their website but I’m not sure....
