Didn’t love my experience here
I came in looking for a chair for the nursery for our son, they watched me struggle to recline the manual chair I was looking into and the sales woman didn’t tell me you could adjust the chair to make it more easy or difficult to recline. (I found out later from a different salesman) The only solution she gave me was to buy an electric chair which was a significantly higher cost. I felt it was dishonest to not share the full feature set of the chair I was interested in and felt like a sneaky sales tactic so they could make more money off of me. She almost had me convinced I would continue to struggle in a manual chair unless I had an electric chair. Fast forward to when my manual chair was delivered. I chose a white cloth chair and the 3rd party delivery service delivered it in the month of January on a snowy day without any covering over it. You can imagine that there were quite a few dirt stains on my brand new chair when he pulled it off the truck and into my home. I immediately called this store and they proceeded to tell what I could do to clean it. I was extremely disappointed that they would try to ask me to clean it myself after it was sitting in my home, untouched by me for no more than 10 minutes. Eventually I called their corporate customer service line and they were very kind, understanding and immediately scheduled professional cleaners to fix up the chair and am very satisfied with the finished product.

Read moreEveryone at this store is awesome! No high pressure sales and if they can't answer your question they work to find someone who can. They have high quality products and their friendly low key style makes working with them a pleasure. They even let my 82 year old mother nap in one of their recliners while we worked on getting the custom table we want and we were there so long they gave us water and granola bars. Laurie knows the elderly's needs and helped us choose just the right lift chair for Mom. Luke was friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The manager Debbie is fantastic and helps her team. The cream of this crop of excellent employees though was Josh. He went above and beyond both times we were in to make sure that we were satisfied with what we got. The best part is the selection of fabrics and finishes to choose from to make your La-Z-Boy furniture one of a kind. We had been to do many furniture places the first day including all the big chain stores, but ultimately this was the store that could make what we wanted. Can you get cheaper elsewhere? Yes and it will probably fall apart which has been our experience too many times. Josh actually jumped on their chairs to show us the quality and sturdiness of how they are put together. Liquids just bead up on their surfaces and are easy to wipe away. Their prices are comparable or less than other stores with similar quality furniture. Read moreWe just bought a chair from here after much deliberation. It was "custom" made for us. The stitching is not straight. We refused it. The sales people called us said it just needs to "relax". They redelivered it. It's now 6 weeks later and it looks the same! Sales people just want their commission. Called customer support and they work with a third party to service it. It's now 6:20pm the day before serving and they just called with a 3 hr window for tomorrow. That 3rd party is not great at scheduling. Hopefully they can fix our chair. Next time we will pay a third of the price and just go to Costco. Also the customer service said wait a few hours for scheduling we just called the the technician and if they don't call you then call back. Yeah they were closed when I called back.
Update: 15 min after the 3 hour window had ended the technician, Paul, called and said he was 25 min away. Very disappointed with communication. What's the point of a window or a cell phone for that matter.
