The manager on this store was absolutely rude and disrespectful. All of this because we went in to the store 20 minutes before closing and she was upset that we were taking her time over her scheduled hours. She was making rude comments about how she did not have anything else to do in the store but stay with us, how we needed to get to an ATM to take out money because we needed to authorize the purchase on a credit card, also that we need to google the hours next time, and she refused to give us her name. She has been reported to the business bureau and corporate customer service. In the U.S. you can walk to any business 1 minute before the closing hours and you have to let the customer in and assist them until they are done. We were at the cashier by 9:00 pm EST and she was pressuring us by saying, I’m giving you 4 minutes to leave the store. Never going back...

My experience was a terrible homophobic manager, what happened was that I went to the fitting room to try on a shirt and the moment I arrived I left my purchases near the entrance, the store MANAGER started asking who it was. I replied that they were mine I was naked and she started screaming, saying that I was supposed to get the bags. Extremely rude. I replied, just a moment I'm naked, and she didn't care, she screamed much louder making me extremely embarrassed and I got nervous and I said: why don't you talk to me kindly. That was rude. I replied that I was waiting for my boyfriend and she seemed extremely HOMOPHOBIC saying that she is not obliged to call with a child. Guys I tried to talk to her gently and she didn't even listen. Omg! I work at this outlet and whenever I get the chance, I always love to come into this store to see what they have going on. I'm an independent shopper and usually keep to myself when I'm shopping but even so, I love when I'm approached and it makes me feel so welcomed. I always come in when the morning manager is there working, I forgot her name but she is has black curly hair and she told me how she keeps it that way! absolutely wonderful. Attentive and so fashionable. Next time I come in, I will get her name. She made my shopping experience terrific despite my awkwardness 😅 Ill be bringing my wife next time and show her the woman's jeans here. Super flexible and cute to style.
