JK Nails & Spa — Local services in Orlando

Super disappointed with the customer service and lack of professionalism. This was my second time coming here and prior to coming I booked my appointment and confirmed through messages about the length I wanted and design and he gave me the total of what it would cost. Now I live two hours away and the nail tech Jimmy knew that, so on the day of I sent him a courtesy message saying i might be a little late due to unforeseen traffic because I did not want him to think i was a no show, now my appointment was at 1pm and i told him the gps says 1:30 I end up showing up at 1:15pm. When i walk in his chair is empty and i say hi im your 1pm as im talking this rude lady gets up quickly and sits at his desk and he allows it and gives me an attitude and says well you said 1:30 and i tell him that was a courtesy text just in case. So i leave it be and wait he doesn’t start my nails till 2:15pm and he still has an attitude, he didn’t want to do my refill and didn’t like the fact i was getting 2xl and made that known to me, even though he knew the day prior that’s exactly what i was getting. Then he proceeds to say i need a full set instead and that it would be the same price as the refill so i say okay, tell me why he didn’t soak them off he was popping them off he ripped my pinky nail in half and he didn’t care when i said he was hurting me. He damaged all my nails. Yes some of my nails were broken and lifted but not all so that’s what it hurt so badly because he took nails off from my previous fresh set done by him. It gets worse then he changes the price that was agreed on upon. He kept consulting the lady next to him on what he should charge me. I didn’t appreciate that so i just got acrylic powder and a gel top coat. He made the whole time unpleasant for me when it was supposed to be my self care day. The cherry on top is when i was trying to pay he kept taking away the tap machine and tell me why the price went up by 2 dollars and after that he had the audacity to...

I was so looking forward to getting my nails, pedi and wax my eyebrows I was overdue a bit and I decided to try JK Nails & Spa. Everything they did was terribly rushed! Only 2 people working and she hurried doing everything my nails are pink and white and they look alright barely any white I had pink and white done, I got the deluxe pedicure and she sits me in the chair with the plastic down and no water in the pedicure chair and leaves me there with NO water and goes to take care of another customer cause they didn't want to loose business and they turned it few people away so I'm sitting there like an idiot with no water then she doesn't push back my cuticles or anything worst pedicure ever and after I go to pay like $135 she says if no tip or whatever you want of course I did 18% like $24 tip I don't think she thought I was going to tip her but it's the worst pedicure I've ever had and I don't think she cared one bit about taking care of her customers! Don't waste your money. I went in on a Thursday evening as a walk in. I let the woman know what I was looking to do, and she asked me to take a seat. After about 20 minutes I asked my husband to leave because we had a dinner reservation, and the following morning I made an appointment with Jimmy. I was taken on time, but not by Jimmy. The woman who did my gel manicure was in the biggest rush I've ever seen. She made me bleed twice and suggested that I have sensitive skin, rather than acknowledging that she was rushing. When she was done I had to ask her to clean up around my nails, because there was polish on my skin on several fingers. Now, 4 days after having my manicure, I have several nails lifting and peeling.
