Cali Coffee — Restaurant in Orlando

Ive been going to Cali since they opened their shop in hollywood and I came to this one to stop and get something after a road trip and let me just tell you the girl at the window was SO rude. I drove up and there was no one even at the window till she finally came up and gave me the dirtiest look. In a rude tone she said hello and practically said what do you want. I’ve never felt more unwelcome in a place before and as if i was interrupting something or disturbing her peace somehow. I told her my order and she looked at me like i was crazy because she didn’t understand what I had asked. There was more that happened and she was blond so if she takes your order good luck! Maybe it was a bad day for her but you shouldn’t be rude to a customer just because of it. I’ve never experienced such a bad interaction at a cali before so that...

I really want to like this place. I like the location and the service is friendly. They have a good menu as well. My problem is that I've gotten 3 different iced coffees here. I get my coffee with oat milk. That's all I taste though is coffee and oat milk. No matter what flavor coffee I get, it tastes like coffee and oat milk. I'm going to wait a couple weeks before I go back and try them again to give them time to get into their rhythm.

::edit:: It may also be that I need to learn how to order and customize my drinks with their menu and options as well. They reached out to me on Instagram and offered to rename any drink I have tried to my liking. That is impeccable customer service and shows they really care about their customers and wanting to get things right. It's great to see any place that stands by...

Cali coffee is the best coffee in Orlando hands down!! From the flavor of all of their drinks to the customer service management cleanliness everything is a 10 out of 10! I used to be a Starbucks girly through and through, but then as soon as Kelly coffee opened right next to my apartment complex, it was a done deal. The quality of the coffee is absolutely unbeatable. All of the pastries are fantastic as well. My son is too absolutely loves the cake pops is most definitely a part of our routine.
