Luna Negra transportation; owner Andrea, was fantastic from beginning to end. We had no worries during our seven day trip to Orlando. From the day of our arrival Andrea picked us up at the airport and transported us to the hotel we were staying at. Andrea is very reliable and attended to our needs as requested. Our group of 8 went 3 days to the Universal parks and felt like we had our own private vehicle, we asked to be picked up early for early entry Andrea made sure to be there on time. When picking us up, we let her know the time we were ready to head back to the resort, and she was always on time and waiting for us, one afternoon we were late 40 min as we got lost coming out from Volcano Bay, Andrea waited for us 40 mins, without hesitation. It was the reliability for us! This is a growing company that I will recommend to family and friends, and anyone in the Orlando area needing transportation services. Every single step from initial enquiry to our final journey was easy, pleasant and 100% customer focussed. We used Luna Negra as our airport pick up and drop off, then to take us to Kennedy Space Centre from Orlando and back again. We met 2 drivers (Stephanie and Edgar) and were also driven by Andrea herself on one of the journeys. They were all lovely, friendly, polite, helpful; offered useful tips for during our stay and were safe drivers. The vehicles were sparkling inside and out. There was good communication prior to each journey and we were kept informed of arrival times, driver name and useful pictures of the vehicle. Luna Negra Transportation exceeded all my expectations from the very first communication. It was a last minute request, I was a bride needed an SUV to drive me to my wedding ceremony venue. The customers service, communication, attention to detail and service was excellent. I was so at ease knowing they had mapped out the route to make sure I arrived early, the vehicle was brand new, clean, spacious and the drive was smooth and the driver looked professional. The car service also arrives early to pick me up…amazing!! They went the extra mile for my special day, assisting me and the dress into the vehicle, very patient and understanding.
