Cubans on wheels — Restaurant in Orlando

Omg, I, am from NYC, visiting Orlando. I, had the privilege to find this food truck and do large orders both time and the money was worth every penny. Sarah, and husband (sorry I, forgot your name) but God Bless Your workers, Your hands, vision, Kitchen and your late mothers teaching to cooking. The food was/ is the most delicious flavored food. Everything we, tried was excellent, I give a 9 out of 10 rating. My, 1st favorite was the empanadas, Croquetas and the cuban sandwiches. My, taste buds cannot wait to get back to FL already, just so I, can stop for the food again. I, highly recommend the establishment. So to the Owners, I, have shared my feedback, face to face with you!!! Now I, want to express how much myself and my family, loved the food made in your kitchen to the world.. I, also want to inquire, if you, would consider shipping, certain orders via overnight mail to the customers that want to eat your cooking, support your, business but do not live out there? Again I, recommend this spot and am very sad I, do not have access to them at my desire. So to all, please enjoy it for me, until I, can enjoy it again myself. We went to a spot we found called Cubans on Wheels. If you want authentic Cuban food passed on by generations of family, try this spot. We got recommendations on what to order from the chef and her husband, and we decided to get the Veggie Quesadilla, Roast pork bowl, cheese fries, Picadillo empanadas, and guava and cheese empanadas along with some Jupina an authentic pineapple drink popular among Cubans and Hispanics, let me start by telling you this is authentic Cuban food, after the first bite I was hooked on that roast pork bowl, the pork was very juicy, and the combination with the white rice and black beans made me remember my Cuban grandma cooking for me when I was younger, the empanadas are to die for especially the guava and cheese one wow impressive, the veggie quesadilla was so cheesy and tasty, they have so many food options here that we will have to come back and try it all, I would like to say the chef and her husband are very friendly and answered all of our questions and they went above and beyond with each customer I saw them attend to and that is something you cannot teach, please if you want real authentic Cuban food and want to be treated the right way I suggest you visit Cuban on wheels, this Cuban spot is THERANFAM!...

Everything is perfect!! Family owned and operated, the young lady and her father explained other dishes we were curious about. But we wanted to try our favorites, including the Café Cubano con Leche made fresh! Absolutely delicious We ordered our appetizers, a Tamal and Yuca C MOJO. The tamal has a perfect blend of pork, and corn. Perfectly balanced seasonings. The Yuca has grilled onions, cheese and chicarron that complement the flavors. Our meals were the Brisket sandwich and the Cuban sandwich. My wife and I eat everywhere with brisket in the area, hands down BEST IN THE CENTRAL FLORIDA PERIOD. Bang of flavor when you bite into it, added a touch of hot sauce for the spicy and the sauce was amazing! My wife favorite sandwich is a Cuban. This is something nice have seen her eat but only raved about this one. Roasted pork juicy and perfect, ham hot and tender, yummy Cuban bread toasted to perfection with the cheese coming around the edges. And the plantains of course where fried to perfection.
