Stayed here two nights for business and was sad to leave. Extremely kind and professional staff. Jorge who checked me in & out was extremely welcoming. The effortless and free airport shuttle from/to the hotel worked well for me and was never full. I usually stay at Marriott or Hilton but this Hyatt has me questioning that, certainly when in Orlando. I'm afraid my idea of Hyatt was old-fashioned and this beautiful modern hotel has me rethinking. My one bedroom suite was well designed, comfortable, solidly quiet. Temperature controls kept the room just as I like it. All doors felt substantial and soundproof. Hot water was instant and plentiful. Everything in the kitchen was immaculate, appliances all looked new and worked well. All the furniture, the bed, and even the ironing board were just that little bit higher quality than expected and certainly better than the comparable chains. There's a generosity here that is being nickel-and-dime'd away elsewhere. I shouldn't have to compliment a hotel for supplying plenty of clean absorbent towels (including wash cloths) but I have to because it is no longer a given. Housekeeping here was wonderful, responsive, cleaned daily at the requested time. They were thorough and used a lint roller on the carpeting and floor in addition to mop and vacuum, and kindly changed the sheets daily. I remember when this used to be the norm at all hotels and it was really nice to have fresh sheets each night. I do prefer being able to stream from my own accounts through the smart TVs at Bonvoy hotels. Hyatt seems to feature/support Google Chromecast but as I don't use it that was little help. Breakfast is a welcome step up from the typical bottom rung corporate food served at most free buffets. And I liked being able to reduce waste and elevate the meal using the real plates, china cups, and metal cutlery on offer. Choices were plentiful, the sausage delicious, coffee was good and hot. Can't recommend this place enough and it is definitely my new go-to in Orlando where so many of the hotels are just ragged and beat. In a time when we are all quick to give a negative review, I wanted to praise this place because it really is getting rare to find a busy transit hotel where everyone is just doing things right. These people are smart and thoughtful. It shows and they'll get my...
Read moreIf there's a word to describe our recent stay at the Hyatt House Hotel, it's "exemplary," and it's all thanks to the remarkable efforts of Malanie Adams - the group sales coordinator. From the moment we began planning our event to the very last detail, Malanie's dedication and professionalism shone brightly, making our experience truly outstanding.
We booked guest rooms for our group along with a business meeting room and catering services for our small event. From the outset, Malanie made it clear that our satisfaction was her top priority. And boy, did she deliver! The meeting room was flawlessly arranged, providing the ideal environment for our discussions and presentations. The catering exceeded our expectations, the food was delicious, generous servings beautifully presented, it left everyone impressed and satisfied.
What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional hospitality extended by every member of the hotel staff. From the front desk to the catering team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment throughout our stay. It's evident that management promotes a culture of excellence for every aspect of this hotel, thanks in no small part to individuals like Malanie.
What truly sets Malanie apart, however, is her exceptional level of responsiveness and proactive assistance. She anticipated our needs before we even had to voice them and was always one step ahead, ensuring that every aspect of our event ran smoothly. From answering questions about catering options to setting up a reservation link for our group, Malanie went above and beyond in every way imaginable.
My experience at the Hyatt House Hotel, facilitated by the outstanding efforts of Malanie Adams, was nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for a group meeting venue that combines great facilities with unparalleled hospitality, look no further. Read moreDon't let googles 3 star rating of this property fool you. Hyatt House Orlando Airport is a five star property all around. Starting with the moment you're walking through the sliding front doors and are greeted with a warm, "Welcome to Hyatt House". Everyone gets greeted. It's a nice touch. No request for front desk staff is too excessive. Batteries. Laundry detergent. When does breakfast start and end? The folks at the front desk have been trained by a professional hospitality agency and it shows. The rooms are clean, spacious, well designed, and very comfortable to spend a night, a week, or a month. Housekeeping is respectful, super kind, and very efficient at what their task is. They've also been trained very well by resort staff. Breakfast is ample served in an open space well lit with great options and delicious coffee. The location is fantastic. Close to MCO. Walk 10 seconds and you have Bonefish Grill, Carrabba's, the most amazing Mexican restaurant I've ever eaten at, and if you're craving good old fashioned breakfast for dinner IHOP is at your disposal. This property is such a refreshing reboot of the chain hotel disasters that all look and feel the same (blah) snd charge you an arm and leg for a below average experience. The price point at Hyatt House Orlando is well below what the customer experience is and I credit excellent employee training and employees who execute well and really enjoy their jobs. So kudos to everyone associated with this property. Job well done 5⭐💯 Shout out to Maurice (the sky is the limit with this kind talented and unassuming young man) and Natalia from housekeeping. Thank you both for...
