Gamerz Den — Local services in Oxford

My brother and I went to this shop for warhammer 40k merchandise. We were greeted warmly by a man who's name I believe was Will. We explained we were new to the game and he seemed more than happy to stop what he was doing and answer the hundreds of questions we threw at him. Will seemed to genuinly enjoy talking with us as he was extremely informative and gave us many recomendations as well as cautions. I work in customer service myself, and I can say that he made this visit a great experience. We each made purchases we were able to feel confident about, and we even brought a friend in soon after so that he could make a purchase as well.

This is one of the best game stores I've ever been to. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. They are able to discuss your hobby at whatever level you are at and offer solid advice. They are very family friendly. Even going so far as to make sure my niece and nephew who are both under 10 years old were able to look at or ask questions about anything they were interested in. The staff actually spoke with them and helped them find what they wanted. They also made sure that language and content in the store environment were all G rated for the kids.
