Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Oxford

Went here with a mobile order because my power was out. I show up and wait for 15 minutes before I am told that the mobile order station is down and they will have to make my order, so I hand them my phone showing the order details. One of the three employees that are standing around chatting takes my phone and goes to the order station. He makes one order wrong, and does not close the lid correctly on it letting the salsa flow freely. He makes the other order completely leaving out the chicken and leaving an empty slot in the box. He puts the boxes in the bag and as he does so, the incorrectly closed lid clearly spills salsa all over the bag and other box. As he hands it to me I have to tell him that the order had chicken in it and he takes the salsa covered box and adds chicken while his coworkers that are still standing around laugh at his mistake. I understand your order system is down, but that does not make up for such an abysmal level of service. If you have questions about the order, just ask as there is no pressure with no other customers waiting in line. I am happy to wait to answer any questions as long as my food...

"As an avid Chipotle enthusiast, being at school in Oxford has been rough for the past 3 years. When I heard Oxford was getting a Chipotle I was absolutely elated. My favorite burrito and I would be reunited again! I just got over to Chipotle last night and was absolutely appalled at the quality and "build" of my burrito. The tortillas didn't seem to be like the tortillas FROM EVERY OTHER CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Where as at EVERY OTHER CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO serves you a hearty spoon full of rice and meat, these people seem to sprinkle on the ingredients. I would venture to say that they put on a little less that half of what EVERY OTHER CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO puts on. I'm not sure whether these people are ignorant of how other Chipotles operate or management is trying to cut down costs. Either way I was absolutely livid. Not only am I mad, I am emotionally hurt. How could these people make a mockery of such a well established chain. How could these people play on the emotions of stressed out students. PLEASE PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD...

The worst customer service ever i had I am her visiting from Chicago and came into restaurant and order a bowl with double meat the manager was working a fix my food I ask him for one scoop of chicken and one of steak he gave me a half scoop of steak and I ask why he said he was the manager I ask what is his name and he said I am not telling u I said u not a real manager and he push my food down the line and went to the next customer and to top it off the cashier made a mistake a rang my order and the next customer up together now I have to wait for that refund to come back on my card I would never go back and I ask for others not to visit poor customer service so unhappy i could of went somewhere else sad very sad manager would not give his name African-American with...
