I’m beyond fed up with Plato’s Closet. I’ve brought clothes multiple times, nice clothes, trendy stuff, name brands, barely worn. And every single time I get the same tired excuse: “We’re on back order right now” or “We’re passing on similar styles we already have.” Like really? How is it ALWAYS the exact same reason no matter what I bring? It’s become obvious they’re either not even checking what I bring or they just don’t care. I could walk in with brand new designer tags and they’d still tell me, “Yeah, we’re gonna pass.” Why even pretend you’re buying clothes if the answer is always no? The worst part is how dismissive and repetitive it is, like a broken record. It feels like a scam to get people in the door and waste their time. Honestly, don’t bother unless you want to lug bags of clothes around just to be told “nah” for the 100th time. Do better, Plato’s. Or at least be honest that you’re barely...
Read moreI think it’s the manager or shift lead, but she is the snobbiest retail worker i have met (coming from someone who’s done retail for quite a while). she talks to you like you’re stupid and just overall not friendly. I was in the dressing room and was unaware that my door was not fully closed. it wasn’t open, but it must’ve been barely cracked, cause you couldn’t see in. instead of seeing if someone’s feet were under there or knocking, she opens the door and doesn’t even apologize. just “oh the door wasn’t closed all the way”. i then proceed to hear a conversation of “i just walked in on her changing” “well it’s her fault for not closing the door”. i love shopping here but Lord when i see that one girls face i just want to leave. not once has she...
