We stopped by the Dam Outlet today 08/20/2025 at 09:44 am. The store was nice with a good variety of souvenirs. We shopped and bought a couple items. Things went downhill at checkout. Olivia was not friendly, never said hello, never smiled, and seemed bothered that she had to ring up a sale, and when the sale was completed couldn't even muster up a simple thank you. She just said "here you go." While I understand people have bad days she obviously hates her job and it shows in the lack of customer service or common courtesy.
