Came with my family around 8pm, got seated within 10-15 minutes. We were a party of 12 so a larger group. 2 members of our party went to the bathroom and that’s when the server came to our table. They counted the number of people at the table and said “We will not be returning to the table until your entire party is seated” which was a little weird to us. We tried telling them that the 2 people from our party were in the bathroom but the server just walked away.

We ordered our food and it took at least 40 minutes for the food to come out and a different table had received their food before us while being seated after us.

The fettuccine alfredo was awful. The sauce tasted sour and dry almost paper like. We had ordered 2 eggplant parmesans because we are a religiously vegetarian family. One of the eggplant parmesan’s turned out to be a chicken parmesan. We didn’t realize it was chicken until my aunt had taken a couple bites into it and then noticed a weird taste. Once we realized it was chicken we called our server over and complained about both the fettuccine alfredo and the chicken parmesan. Our server was very kind and said she would call the manager over.

The manager, Anna, came over and was one of the rudest people I have ever met. She asked what was wrong and we explained to her the problem with the chicken parmesan and the first thing she said was “Why would you eat it if it was chicken”. No apology just immediate rudeness. She argued with us for a good 15 minutes and then eventually just stormed off.

On top of that the bathrooms were incredibly disgusting. Very dirty, toilets would not flush, and a weird smell coming out of it.

Overall bad experience and would not recommend this...

After a day on the lake kayaking, we were looking forward to a great dinner, but things do not always go as you plan. This place looked like it would be a good place to have pizza, and we were right in our decision, the pizza was very good, but it was not all peaches and roses. First, the inside dining area is very small, but they do have outdoor picnic tables for those wishing to eat outside. When we arrived, we told them we were having a party for five and the other two people were just minutes away. They quickly advised us that they would not seat us until the entire party was present. As the last of our party arrived, another group came in just ahead of us, and the manager told the hostess to give them the table because they were all there even when we informed them our party was present. So now our only option was to sit outside or wait 20 minutes for a table inside. We choose to sit outside, big mistake due to high winds so when we finally saw the other party leave, we asked if we could sit inside – you think we asked for free food and drinks. With some major attitude displayed by the manager, they allowed us to sit inside. Our server, Eli, deserves our gratitude for his friendliness and professional attitude. The manager could learn a thing or two from him. As I said earlier, the pizza was good and served hot and in a timely manner, but the overall experience was terrible. And we agree with some other reviewers, the bathrooms were disgusting. This could have been five stars but that manager, whoever she was, caused us to lower this overall rating to...

Yesterday, my girlfriend and I visited Strombolis while on our vacation. We arrived at 6:05 pm and were told it would be a 5-10 min wait. We were seated 30 min later and it took another 15 min to take our order. We ordered a small pizza with pineapple and pepperoni, and chicken and veggies canzone with "no sauce" inside because we didn't want a soggy calzone. We asked for it and ranch on the side for an addrional $3 a cup...We waited over 45 min for the food to only have it made incorrectly and in a very sloppy with an abundance of pineapple over only half the pizza. The calzone also had sauce on the inside and was so soggy from the bottom we could barely get it off the plate without it falling apart. This was brought to the attention of the server and she gladly took it off the bill.

After observing the staff and amount of people that were in there for over 2 hours we were there, there were clearly not enough servers. Only 2 were seen running from tables inside and out carrying heavy trays through a crowded threshold. The receipt also reflected "no sauce" correctly, putting fault on the kitchen.

Regardless, this was a poorly ran establishment with only mediocre food that wasn't worth the wait or wasting an entire evening on vacation to only leave unhappy...

The men's restroom was discusting. The toilet is running water constantly which is most likely causing a strike in the water bill. The restaurant booth seats moved off their post putting my friend under the table in a weird uncomfortable position. One waitress walked by and witnessed the incident only she ignored the issue. This made me understand that this is a known problem that the reatraunt is choosing to not resolve. This was the first booth closest to the kitchen entrance and waiting area. Covid-19 6 feet standards are still in place. There is in door and out door eating accommodations. The restaurant was busy when we arrived. The garden salad that comes with the Tour of Italy was 10 pieces of romaine lettuce, two slices of tomato, choice of salad dressing, some croutons. The main course was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the cheese bread that accompanied the meal. The stromboli soup tastes good. There were two waitress working and a busy crew cooking. The table was not cleaned under us before we sat down and there was food crumbs and a napkin on the floor. The bathroom door felt like it was going to break or fall. It's been abused over the years. I would recommend an upgrade on the bathrooms over all.
