Redd's Ace — Local services in Page

(Please see update below) Customer service is terrible, about 6 months ago I initially tried to set up an account to be able to purchase materials for a remodeling project in my house. I asked to please set an account with my name and my credit card attached to it so that I could get properly charged. The self claimed store manager person said "that they don't give accounts just to anyone since many people don't pay". Irrelevant to me, my credit card should suffice payment. I am Hispanic and don't dress fancy. Don't know what to make out of that response. Finally got that set up and my credit card put on file. Today I want to change the credit card on file for my business card and the rude manager Yolanda was being borderline disrespectful when I asked to please help me change my credit card on file.

Ace Hardware saved our trip to Page! We picked up a bolt in one of our 5th wheel tires. We had called our insurance company for roadside assistance but they were unable to procure anyone in the area to assist us. We called 3 tow companies with no luck. Finally went to Redd’s Ace Hardware in Page to rent or buy tools to do ourselves, but one of the associates, Dale, came to our rescue. He had all the tools and said he would come out to help us (he used to work in a tire shop and here at the marina where we have our rv). He came out, took the spare to get inflated properly, got the tire off, spare on and torqued. It was not an easy job by any means. Dale is our hero!!! I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from Donavan at Ace Hardware. From the moment I walked in, he stood out as one of the few employees who was not only approachable but genuinely eager to help.

Donavan went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, offering knowledgeable suggestions and taking the time to explain things clearly. He didn’t just point me in the right direction—he walked me there, made sure I had the right product, and even gave some helpful advice for my project.
