I am so disappointed in the store staff. One of my go to stores for gifts for everything we like. They were very dismissive and unprofessional when addressing my concern. I got hurt right at the entrance from a shelf that’s being concealed by the sweaters. Right as I walked in off to the side I hurt my arm pretty badly. I figured I’d address it to one of the staff members so no one else gets hurt and they person told me he can’t do anything. That he always walks into it and has brought it to his managers attention and nothing has been done. I asked to speak to a manager, but the only response from this “manager” was “okay I got you bro. I’ll fix it.” Nope still there. Beware the front entrance shelf as it’s hidden from plain sight. Especially your kids. Don’t want them to bang their head on it. The can't seem to get the backpacks sent to me they are using ontrac and the item shows enroute and then delayed then lost. I told boxlunch that they should use ups instead because my packages seem to come up missing wit ontrac and the said they can't do anything about it but give me a refund. Amazing customer service!!! The employees at this location are super friendly and helpful. So many items to look at. The store itself is a bit on the smaller side to walk around with a stroller. Kids should be closely watched because they have several breakable items inside the store. Prices are affordable and fair. Will definitely be going...
