So today I had stopped by to get lip piercings. their assistant was nice and helping me pick my piercings but the Asian lady (I do not know her name. I called & asked her to give me her name but she refused) was Extremely RUDE. I felt rushed and pressured to pick a piercing because I was unsure of what to pick. She even Scolded her assistant in front of me and my mother for giving us the wrong price of a piercing I wanted. She said to us "He wont be working here after today" while speaking it loudly across the room so he can hear and continously nagging at him over the mistake. I was a bit undecisive about the piercings i chose because the gauge seemed a lil too thick for my lip and she told me "just buy it and try it but if it doesnt fit then you waste money". I didnt want to buy but she insisted i just buy 1 and while also rushing me. I bought the piercing and just as i expected, it did not fit me. now I am so irritated for wasting money on a piercing i felt pressured to buy. Employees should be assisting their customers on deciding and picking a jewelry with patience and kindness not getting irritated, rushing and insisting their customers to buy something just...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI slipped on the stairs in my house and caught my fall with my left hand and ended up stretching one of the links on my watch and the pin came loose.
I took my watch in here to have them reset the pin. The guy took my $16,000 Rolex and placed it on a hard table and used a little rubber hammer to hammer the pin repeatedly against the hard table. I thought this guy knew what was doing until I told him I think itās a screw, you need to screw it in. He then took a small screw driver and screwed it back in. Then he handed me the watch after butchering it and he completely ruined the finish on the link he was hammering on both sides.
I showed him what he had done and he nonchalantly tells me they donāt have a machine to buff it out, but he can send it to get polished.
You think I would ever trust this place to keep my watch or do anything with my watch at all after this? If you donāt know how to screw a pin in a Rolex or work on any watch at all, just send me away. I came in here needing a screw to be screwed in, now I need to take my watch in to have it polished and have a new screw put in, since he...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am from Michigan living here at our Best friends home for the winter months. When I walked into this Jewerly Store I could not believe my eyes. It was very bust but they do put new batteries in watches. It only cost me $6.00 for each battery they replace that includes them putting it in my watches. They have so much product that you have a hard time not buying everything you was. But I was good I stuck to what I went there for. Only my earrings was all the extra that I bought. I know that I will be going there again forsure we leave Palmdale to go back to Michigan. Every person that help me was so kind. I appreciate that because I am 69 years old and sometime the young people have a hard time talking to older people with RESPECT. THEY HAVE THE UP MOST RESPECT WITH OUR EVER HAVING TO THINK ABOUT IT. THANK YOU ALL THAT WAITED IN ME A ( THE...
