This was a lengthy process, but I'm pleased with the final outcome. Last Monday, I went to Windsor to see whether they had a coat in store that I had seen online.Unfortunately, the item was not available in this store, but the associate who working that day assisted me in placing an order and informed me that "If I don't like it after I got it, I may return it for a full refund." When my shipment arrived at my house, I was disappointed because the coat was lighter and longer than I had anticipated. So I went to the mall on Sunday to return it. However, I was told that I couldn't receive a refund and that the only options were store credit or an even exchange, and if I wanted a refund, I'd have to do it online. I was perplexed because I was told on Monday that if I didn't like it, I could get a complete refund. After leaving the store and doing some other shopping, I returned 30 minutes later to ask them again after glancing at their website. The same thing was said to me again. So I went home and tried to do what they instructed, and after 2 hours of stress, I discovered that I couldn't return for a refund through mail since the first associate printed out a receipt that I could only do an exchange with it. I then call Windsor, and Yesenia, the associate manager, answers the phone. When I explained what was wrong, she apologized profusely. She couldn't understand why no one was willing to assist me, but she promised she would. And she did. The next day, I returned and was offered a full refund for inconvenience. Chloe called at the store in Riverside. They had our dress the right size and Chloe assured us that the dress would be reserved for 2 weeks as we would only then be going to Riverside. When we got to Riverside we were told that they already told Chloe on the phone that they couldn't reserve the dress for 2 weeks. I don't understand why it wasn't communicated that way right away Instead they sent us to riverside to waste money and time! I come here often and this is not the first time that this specific manager has an attitude and obviously isn't happy to being working there. I asked one of the sales girls what her name was because I wanted to call corporate. The sales girl told me that her manager always has a bad attitude and gets alot of complaints on how she treats customers. Her name is Malinda and I will not be returning to this store ever again.
