Before arriving I confirmed Reservations for our unit that was supposed to have been a 2 bedroom with two queen beds or a at least have a room with a queen and bunks in them, which was confirmed over the phone that the unit had at least 4 to 5 beds in it, (we did not get at all) instead, when we arrived we got a unit with only one single bed in the both two rooms (keep in mind we had kids and adults). Tried to explain to Front Desk worker (Sharika) but she was very rude about it and told us that they can’t guarantee us the amount of beds we wanted whenever booking all the time, it’s based on first come first served basis with the amount of beds we request! Also the unit 1707 had a bad loud noise operating all through the night we could barely sleep, the carpet was badly spotted , and the iron wasn’t working at all so we called down to report about the iron being replaced and the same lady (Sharika) got smart again about it so we ended up going 3 doors dwn to borrow a neighbors! Elevators stayed nasty and very hottt on top of a long wait for them as well.... Although, we tried to make the best out of what we had , and tried to reason with the staff , the professionalism was entirely to rude and nasty for the amount of money we paid! Not mentioned me being the main guest and having to be told that I couldn’t park in their parking garage only my two parking passes vehicles could and even though my car was supposed to be free parking, security stated that they had reached their 100 capacity limit and that I could not park in the garage at all and had to go find somewhere else to park including front desk told me that too afterwards of notifying them of what was going on too and me willing to pay another $25 for a pass but couldn’t ! I really don’t know if we will ever come back to stay in tower 2 again, my stay in pervious months in tower 1 was nothing like this stay this time , BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING YOUR TOWERS! Read moreHad a beautiful condo , huge balcony. Just feet from the ocean, the most beautiful water I've ever seen. White sand. Beach is restricted to residents only, HUGE PLUS! Beach was clean and well taken care of. Only downfall was... 2 yr old dropped a cracker and a seagull caught it. He laughed and threw one. Of course a seagull caught it again. All of of sudden this horribly mean woman screams from the balcony below us saying there was a fine for doing that and she was on the phone calling security Being from Minnesota our family had no idea it was illegal. Been nice had she just told us instead of being so ugly and mean about it. Security wasn't the nicest about it either. Thankfully that was the only downfall of our vaca beside the Barefoot Grill and Bar... Don't go if you want good food. Go if you wanna drink, be lively but not a family environment. Not great vaca food. Just ok-ish bar food. Definitely get the pizza shop across the street and Pineapple Willies... Both did...
Read moreUp until dealing with customer services I would have considered staying here again. This place has probably one of the worst customer services I’ve ever dealt with. They answer the phone and sound real nice but actually getting them to help you in anyway is impossible. I called down there 3 days in a row to try and get one of our TVs fixed while staying there and they finally fixed it on Saturday the day before we left. Then I messed around and left my keys in a night stand drawer. I do realize that it’s a huge inconvenience for everyone but you’d think they would have the decency to grab your keys and call you back, nope not this group. I’ve talked to the manger twice over the issue left my number with house keeping, the front desk, and the manger The manger even personally took down my number and said he’d check in to it and call me back.
