1 word to describe this place……terrible.
#1. It was the thinnest pizza I’ve ever seen in my life. The pizza was about as thin as a sheet of paper, maybe 2 sheets of paper. #2. I asked for it to be thick when ordering and the girl at the cash register said “ok”. #3. The fact that we were the only car in the parking lot and the only people eating inside at dinner time (at 6 pm) should have been the 1st red flag…. #4. They DO NOT have fountain drinks and they DO NOT have ice. What kind of restaurant in the 21st century doesn’t have fountain drinks or ice??? They only have 20 oz and 16 oz carbonated drinks (and alcohol). I purchased a 20 oz Diet Coke…..only to find all 30 in the refrigerator were EXPIRED. So I started going through diet Pepsi’s….had to go through 10+ before I found one that wasn’t expired. Carbonated drinks generally don’t expire until about 12-18 months after they’re made…..so the fact they have Coke and Pepsi’s in their refrigerator than haven’t sold in 12-18 months should have been red flag #2, as this would indicate very few people dining in this restaurant……or their buying expired drinks at a discounted wholesale price to sell in their restaurant. #5. They only have 12” & 18” pizzas. Having worked at Papa John’s for 5 years when I was in high school 30+ years ago I believe what they are doing is only buying 12” doughs and if you order an 18” pizza their just stretching that dough out to 18”…..making it INCREDIBLY thin and charging you $5-$6 more for the same dough as you would have got with a 12” pizza. #6. I got a cheese pizza. They were so cheap & stingy on the cheese that the pizza looked predominantly red (from their not being enough cheese to cover the sauce). #7. The pizza was as crunchy as a cracker. #8. The pizza was as burned as a piece of fire wood with black charred areas on the outer crust and big bubbles not only on the outer crust, but on various places on the pizza.
So if you like eating paper thin crunchy pizza that’s burned & 90% sauce and 10% cheese with an expired beverage and no ice then this is the place for you.
My guess is the ONLY reason this place has survived and stayed in business is due to its location on the strip in a tourist beach town…..and unsuspecting tourists come in (like me) and order a $25 pizza and never come back again once they realize how bad it is.
I ate 1 slice, was so mad about it rather than blow them out I just got up & went to Great White Pizza in Pier Park, where I got a pizza, not an 18” paper thin cracker with sause & some cheese sprinkled on it.
Was a waste of time and a waste of money. Save yourself the hassle I went through and go...

Read moreWe retired to PCB in September from New Jersey. We absolutely love it here. It is everything we dreamed it would be and more. Save for one little thing ......the pizza. Not good. Now, not good by NJ/NYC standards is not the same as not good by food standards. The pizza here is just different.....if you know, you know. After many attempts to get a good pie, we settled on Pizza Hut and pizza hut only. Bella Napoli was hiding less than a mile from our home....we noticed it while getting gas at Circle K. We ordered....held our breath......holy sh@t. Houston, we've got good pizza!!! Good sauce, great crust, great cheese to sauce ratio....delicious. Like home. Pizza to complete me. Buyer beware, this pizza is very thin, if you disagree with our view on Pizza at the beach or Panama City proper it may not be for you. However, if you have been craving that pizza taste from home in the Metro NYC/NJ area, order from here. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Bella Napoli! Like my off the boot great grandma might say .." u make a...
