Park City Mercantile — Local services in Park City

Stopped in wanting to grab a few things with my husband and toddler son. Immediately upon entering we were greeted with "due to capacity restrictions, we don't allow strollers". We were the only customers in the store, but fine, rules are rules. I sent my husband off with the stroller and I entered to shop. The lady working said "sorry, it's just a capacity thing.." to which I responded "I think that's a weird rule, but it's fine", intending to finish the conversation and grab my items. But the worker felt compelled to continue with "sorry, I can tell you don't understand." That was the first time I've had my intelligence insulted at a retail store for following the rules, but I was appalled!

Whoever was working around 1:00 pm on April 10, 2021 was rude, condescending and ignorant. I would urge anyone to avoid this store. Absolutely awful...
